Plaid Countdown

Plaid will be returning in about a month-and-a-half after her 18-month sojourn in the frozen wasteland of Canada.

Naturally, Ba doesn't care overmuch (being above such mortal concerns), but he supposes that others might wish to be reminded. Ever a public servant, is Ba. He is there to serve man.

Plaid might wish to see some nice activity on her return. Not that Ba cares, of course. But on a completely unrelated topic, he might be posting a bit more in the near future. Maybe make some threads. Throw around some comical insults. Tarnish Garner's honor. Just because.

No, Mowgli. If it had been 18 months, Plaid would hopefully be here, regaling the board with tales of the gilled Canadians and their rocket packs. It has been almost 16 1/2 months, and thus is expected in January.

Chopped up and cooked in a pie?

Geez, I'm with Mowgli here, surely Ba has been fooling with the threads of time continuiuiuiuiuity, again, it can't be not-quite-but-close-enough-to-count 18 months!

Should a couple of weeks be added to the countdown, while she is thawed out and revived again?

Wow it does seem like only yesterday that Plaid was worrying that she might get sent to the wilds of Africa or worse Scotland.

Seems like we'll have hold some sort of party or something...

Plaid's absence either took forever or flew...I can't seem to make up my mind which...

Here does that mean there is a 'better Scotland' or a 'kind-of-alright-in-a-good-light Scotland'.

Sheesh I never get told nuffin.

I like the idea of Worse Scotland, it has a DoctorWhoParallelUniverseness about it... Or Futuramaness, like New New York... Hmm.

Nah, that's a pretty good Scotland... Unless you're the guy in the kilt that is.

Worse Scotland would presumably be whatever bit of it Orrdos is inhabiting.

Worse Scotland exists in bad gramma limbo, where a person (who shall remain nameless) forgets to put in the appropriate comma, there you get Worse Scotland.

So those kilts need commas to really emphasise the proper place of Worse Scotladnd.

Also: it should be worse Sctoland, surely?

Just a little joke to the 2 people that might have been about long enough to get it....

Ahh, lovely Sctoland. I loved it there. We should have a bored meet-up there.

As in you will meet up and be bored or you meet up because you're bored?

Either way it should make for an exciting day.
