    Lol!

    "where's My Pillow?"

Edit: Huh, when you post in all caps, the board automatically changes it!

My avatar is a detail of a photo of my 22-month-old Scottish Fold boy, Toranaga, taken as we were coming down from the podium at a show in Germany last autumn. The judge had just told his pupil to take a photo of him, so that she would remember what a Scottish Fold should look like.

    Hi.

It won't let me just say hi it says the message is too short.

We've currently got a minimum character limit of 5. I'm thinking that maybe it should be reduced to 3 for the times when people want to say 'Hi.' or 'No.'

It's three now, as long as we can't say Ba on its own I will be happy. :)

My new avatar is the Phantom of the Opera. Without the mask. That is all.

My avatar is citrus fruit. I got the idea from a manga. In the manga the three main characters are fighting three enemies and the enemies whip out machine guns. The heroes decide to fight back with "the power of citrus fruit" and the enemies are thus defeated. :D

Kat, why does your rabbit have a trunk?

Because it's on its way to the swimming pool.

It's one of the many various things my poor nabaztag rabbit avatar has had to put up with over the last year or so... And it was the only one I had handy when the board changed and the avatar needed reloading.

My son drew this when we were on holiday a couple of years ago. He thought he could hear the bin-men coming, and wanted to go and wave at them (as you do). I wouldn't let him because it was about four o'clock in the morning, and it wasn't the bin-men anyway, it was the hot water thing. So he drew this, poked me and held it up in front of my face, to make sure I knew he was cross about it. He still insists it was the bin-men!

When this was made a few years ago - are his drawings still as expressive? What a superior way to show your annoyment for a small kid!

Is the tendency for -somehow- selfmade avatars especially strong here, or is that a tendency on other message boards too? It might make an interesting topic for a contemporary art historian...

It's very common in Livejournal communities. Don't know about anywhere else.

When you play the games in the arcade you get a trophy. Click on any trophy and you'll see the games that were played by that person. Neat!

    Whoah! uberninja'd!

My brand new avatar is a picture of me as I was just a few months ago, anyway. Sorry, but it looks just like me.
